9 year anniversary!

I told you recently that we went via MegaBus to Chicago recently and it was to celebrate 9 LONG years with the hubby. 

We hung out with three great couples and had a BLAST.

We lodged at Travel Lodge and although old and received not so uber reviews online, it did its job.  I mean we were there for what five hours a day?  After a quick strip down of the bed to double check for creepy crawlies we deemed it sufficient for our trip.  We did not get a view of the St Patty's parade as hoped (and as requested).

Our four day adventure (which was KIDLESS!!) included a random dive bar that measured about 5x10, including two bathrooms and room for Karaoke - but a SWEET patio.  It featured a cardboard hood on a Jeep....

Overall it was a great break from work and life.
