The Prayer Factor

I received this book for free from another website. It tells about how prayer is dying out and how it is essential for your spiritual well being in general. Most of what was said seemed logical to me so perhaps I wasn't the target audience. It wasn't a very entertaining book and I personally didn't get much as far as teaching or education out of it, but again maybe its because I'm a regular prayer? There were some great one-liner quotes in here but overall if a book takes me over a month to read its not good. I would maybe recommend this to folks just starting out as believers or who are questioning their faith.
