Fitness Update

I haven't posted on my fitness lately...because well it'd be EMPTY.  Yes I'm a slacker.  I've been going to the strength training class on Wednesdays since coming back to work from maternity leave but that's about it!  I'm going to pick it up.  I did run at the gym for 19 minutes straight WITHOUT STOPPING.  This is huge for me. And  didn't even die.   Yeah me.
