Fitness Update

My friend turned me on to MyFitnessPal.com and I've been using that to track my calories in and out.  Its a great tool to give you a visualization of your food in and the amount of activity you are doing.  I've successfully worked out every day since Sunday and intend to keep that rolling this week, taking Friday off.  Saturday is the big run and I'm feeling confident that I can get it done in the hour time limit but don't know how close to the hour I will be!  I'll do my best to bring the camera and update you soon!
