As always, Nicholas Sparks does not disappoint. This book is about a tragedy that happened when the small town sheriff's wife is killed out running for a jog one night. The book is about a now single father's attempt (failed) at normalcy and his quest to move on and find love again but also to find his wife's killer. I don't want to give too much away but I did see the connection coming early on but was still stunned and surprised. I thought this was a great read and I could not put it down. I was done in less than week. I would highly recommend this book to ANY reader out there.
