Dear Netflix,

I think you should opt for a policy that when I report a DVD as scratched, unplayable, etc. you should AUTOMATICALLY ship me the replacement of THAT DVD as well as the next one in my Que.  If I happen to have 7 movies at home then its a problem with your DVD quality, not a subscription I should have to pay for.  The last FOUR of mine have been scratch POS's.  I'm THIS CLOSE to cancelling.
