Margarita Spaghetti Squash for Dummies

I'm THE worst cook but found something amazingly easy and healthy tonight.  I was given a Facebook recipe and used what I had on hand to try to copy it.  It's delicious and healthy.  I may be addicted. 

Ingriedients:
1 spaghetti squash
Tomatoes 
Onions
Basil
EVOO
Pepper 
Garlic salt 
Balsamic vinegar 
Cheese 

Heat oven to 400.
Meanwhile, fork holes into the squash and microwave for 7 minutes.
Cut squash in half, EVOO and pepper/salt to taste.




Put it upside down on a cookie sheet and in the oven while you are slicing and dicing your veggies and cheese.



Flip the squash upright, use a fork to pull the spaghetti like strings and mix your veggies, cheese and balsamic to taste.




Cook in oven 5 mins on broil, turn oven off and 5 more minutes in there.

And-heaven!
