Just another day in the 'hood

Today we invited a cousin over for the day and it was so nice out we had to do something outside. After PB & honey butter toast and a few hours of work we walked to the library for craft time (with about every kid in Polk City) but this amateur mom didn't know you had to pre-sign up so we just colored and picked out 5 books and 3 movies!  Launa even got one for me - an exercise DVD.  How thoughtful. :) 


















We headed home and had lunch, salad with strawberries, feta, and ginger soy dressing.

 

The kids played in the tent in the dining room almost all afternoon!  

 Launa and Don played on the playground while Charlie napped and I worked.  

We headed to Aunt Vickys to add to the already huge garage sale happening in a couple of weeks and then we settled down to eat from the fridge.  Again.

Charlie and I had spaghetti (mine on garlic buns - yummy).

Launa had a plate of cheese and lettuce.  Strange.  But her choice.

Now off to finish patching holes where we took down pictures and getting this place ready for the final walk through this week.  I'm also busy pre packing for the cross country move in 10 days!
