I received this book FREE on Amazon, but was disappointed. It doesn't tell me any more information than I've learned living on this earth for 30 years. Eat more fruits. Eat more veggies. Eat more whole wheat.
There was nothing specific or new about it. If you are looking for something to get you started on your journey to a healthy lifestyle then I would suggest it. If you are looking for pointers for a variety in your diet - look elsewhere. Overall, not impressed.
This blog features a family of four mostly normal people doing very boring everyday things. I love to get good deals & coupon finds & will be sharing them with you as I find. I love to read & will also share some good finds & not so good finds, including FREE books once in awhile. We love to eat & do it with gusto so will let you know of any good or terrible places we find around the country too.
