I received a copy of this e-book free off of amazon.com so of course I used it as an opportunity to learn more about healthy eating.
There were some random moments of helpful hints and recipe ideas but overall there wasn't anything I didn't already know. At times it seemed as if the author was merely writing a college essay and not new information but reiterating what can be found from other sources. although it was free, I wouldn't waste your time if you are already into healthy eating and whatnot. However, if you are just plunging into a healthy lifestyle this easy reader book may be for you.
This blog features a family of four mostly normal people doing very boring everyday things. I love to get good deals & coupon finds & will be sharing them with you as I find. I love to read & will also share some good finds & not so good finds, including FREE books once in awhile. We love to eat & do it with gusto so will let you know of any good or terrible places we find around the country too.
