Menu Monday

My sister is trying to get me to implement some changes in my life so I'm going with her weekly menu planning system and here is my attempt to stick with it and be healthy since you all get to see what I'm planning to eat.

 Apple
 Big Salad
 Hummus & Carrots
WEDNESDAY

 Baby carrots with Spinach & Artichoke Hummus
(left overs)
 Apple
THURSDAY
  Cottage Cheese w/tomato
 Hummus & Carrots
 Big Salad
 Apple
FRIDAY

 Pretzel sticks
with Spinach & Artichoke Hummus
 Frozen Smart Ones Meal
 Apple
