Are you a morning, afternoon, evening or night time person? Has it changed over the years?
It generally depends on the day. If I get up and get moving and doing things right away then I can have a very good, fast, productive day. However, now with a 2 month old and getting up at 3am and 5:30 a.m., I tend to go back to bed and become an afternoon person. I'm not an evening person at home because I crash after dinner. But if its a night on the town I can be an evening person!
