Diet:

Breakfast:  1 pc Cinnamon raisin toast, 1/3 peach, water

Lunch: 6 inch pulled pork on wheat from subway (no may which is a miracle! but I did add BBQ and mustard), sour cream & onion Pringles, Pepsi Max (zero calorie version)

Handful of Reese's Pieces (who can resist?)

90 calorie oatmeal raisin granola bar

Dinner:  lasagna, salad with ranch, macaroni and cheese, lemonade, rice krispie treat, ginger snap cookie (vacation Bible School dinner)

Fitness:

2 hrs of shopping/errands count???  It was more of a leisurely stroll at Target so I'd say not really....

.5 mile walk to daycare and home
