Genghis Grill

Today over lunch we tried Genghis Grill, located just down the street from my office. For you Iowans, it's faster food than HuHot but the same concept.

For $8.99 you get a bowl and one trip to the bar to pile it high with a choice of ten+ meats, ten+ veggies, dry spices and various liquids (soy sauce, roasted red pepper, etc.). Unfortunately if you don't like your own concoction I think you are Judy stuck with it so if it's your first time I would follow the one of many recipes posted on the wall.

They have a kids menu with generous sizes too!

Of course they gave a rewards program, email coupons and kids eat free Tuesdays. I'm positive I will be back.
