For Better, for Worse, Forever by Lurlene McDaniel

This is the continuation from a previously read book.  The main character, April, is left alone after her fiance dies and she is left to deal with her own brain tumor and impending sickness.  A great love story that shows a person is capable of loving again after the death of their significant other.
